The Reitz Memorial Faculty Development Endowment is established to strengthen instructional excellence and advance the mission of Reitz Memorial by investing in the professional and spiritual formation of its faculty. Annual distributions will support (1) credentialing scholarships and tution assistance for certifications, licensure, endorsements, and graduate coursework; (2) professional development opportunities such as workshops, conferences, instructional coaching, memberships, and on-campus training; and (3) incentive compensation and stipends that recognize faculty advancement, leadership, and curriculum development

Allowable uses may include tuition, fees, books, testing expenses, registration and travel for professional learning, and stipends or incentive pay tied to earned credentials or leadership roles. Through these investments, the endowment will help attract, retain, and develop outstanding educators, ensuring students benefit from excellent instruction grounded in academic rigor and Catholic identity.
