The primary purpose of this Fund shall be to provide annual scholarship support, in
the name of the John & Sabrina Zeidler Family Scholarship, for the benefit of
students attending Reitz Memorial High School in Evansville, Indiana. Scholarship
distributions shall be used to cover the cost of tuition and fees for at least one student
each year. The selection of scholarship recipient(s) shall be determined by Reitz
Memorial High School based on financial need, in accordance with its established
criteria and processes. Any excess distributable funds may be used to provide
additional financial assistance to support other students at Reitz Memorial High
School based on financial need, as determined by Reitz Memorial High School in
accordance with its established criteria and processes.
