to pay the costs of education in whole or in part for one or more students who are unable to afford these costs and whose parents are registered members of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, and who wish to attend Holy Redeemer Catholic School. The types of costs paid, the manner of payment, and the students to receive this assistance are to be determined by the pastor at the time of school pre-registration of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with advice from the principal of Holy Redeemer Catholic School.
