to provide an annual scholarship to be awarded to a graduating senior from Reitz Memorial High School in memory of Sara Jane Stevenson. The recipient of each scholarship shall be selected by the principal of Reitz Memorial High School in consultation with selected members of the staff, alumni and/or friends of Reitz Memorial High School at his or her discretion.
